Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
You cannot change the order online once it’s been placed but you can contact us at email@example.com and if you order has not yet been dispatched, we can amend the order for you.

Can I pre-order products for delivery?
Unfortunately, if an item is out of stock you cannot pre-order the product for delivery. If you would like to find out when the item is back in stock email email@example.com and we will email you estimated dates and notify you when it’s back in stock.
How do I refund an item?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received the items back to our warehouse, we aim to refund to the original payment within two weeks.
Will I receive my postage back if I refund all the items?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs even if you return all the items unless the items are damaged or incorrect.

We use Stripe as our secure payment facility. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal.
