Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner Review
The all new Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner has arrived in the UK and I wanted to share the differences between the unscented and the regular Klairs Supple Preparation Toner (besides just the scent). Everyone I speak to seems to love the Klairs Supple Preparation Toner, so why bring out an unscented version?

Let's compare the two Klairs Toners[/caption]
As I’ve written across several blogs before, Klairs is the perfect Korean skincare brand for those with sensitive skin. That said, Klairs have recognised that some of their customers needed a toner formulated without any essential oils and fragrances. Essential oils and fragrances can be a skin irritant for some people, and so the Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner is even more gentle, and ticks every box for those with sensitive skin. The new unscented version is also the same price as the original Klairs toner, £20.
If you’ve sometimes found that your skin reacts to some products formulated for sensitive skin, but you can’t pin point what ingredient is triggering a reaction? You may often find that essential oils and fragrances are the culprit. I’ve noticed for instance, that my husband, who has sensitive skin, has a mild reaction to skincare products with peppermint oil in them. His skin goes super red but calms down after a few hours.
Testing the consistency of the Klairs Unscented Toner[/caption]
As you can see the consistency is the same as the regular Klairs Supple Preparation Toner. I can vouch for the performance of the Klairs Unscented Toner too, which is still as effective as the regular Klairs Supple Preparation Toner.
I find my skin is particularly sensitive around “that time of the month” so I switch to a very simple routine and ensure there are no essential oils and fragrances in the products I use. The Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner resets my skin’s PH level which brings balance to my skin and provides hydration. The PH of the Klairs unscented toner is 5, the same PH as the regular Klairs supple preparation toner. I find the Klairs unscented toner very nourishing to my skin and I can see the anti-inflammatory benefits, as it reduces any redness and provides deep hydration.
Use either of the Klairs Toners with the Klairs Cotton Pads to apply[/caption]

The Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner is:
- Free from essential oils
- Free from fragrances
- Free from alcohol
- Free from chemicals
- Vegan
- Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and oily skin.

Top Tip!
Soak several of the Klairs Toner Mate 2 in 1 Cotton Pads in the Klairs Unscented Toner and place all over your face to make a DIY face mask! Leave on for 15 minutes then discard the pads. I like to then pat on another layer of the Klairs Unscented Toner for extra hydration. [caption id="attachment_9748" align="aligncenter" width="1000"]
